Each Dish is complete for High Protein Lean, Weight Loss Macro Needs according to Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner Meal Plan requirements From Evol Body Wellness. We do the work so you can simply show up and reach your goal(s)!
NOTICE: In this package, you pick up to (3) Breakfast meals, (3) lunch meals, and 3 dinner meal options. Meals will be either delivered or picked up every week to retain the FRESHNESS value of your meals.
* If you choose Pickup, you will visit us every Monday to pick up your order.
** If you choose Delivery, you will receive new meals every Tuesday.

PICKUP ORDERS ARE ON MONDAY ONLY
Pickup orders are picked up on Mondays from 9am - 3pm or 5pm - 7pm EST.
The FIRST Pickup date is December 11th 2023 and commences again on January 1st, 2024.- There are NO Pickup dates on December 18th or 25th due to the Holidays.
DELIVERY ORDERS ARE DELIVERED ON TUESDAYS ONLY
Delivery orders are fulfilled on Tuesdays from 10am - 3pm or 5pm - 7pm EST.
The FIRST Pickup date is December 26th 2023 and every Tuesday after.- There are NO Delivery dates on December 5th, 12th or the 19th due to the Holidays.
